    Lariesa has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, and has been helping people all over the world reach their fitness goals. Lariesa is a Nationally-recognized trainer, known for her motivating personality and ability to connect with her students. Lariesa was featured In PILATES STYLE MAGAZINE, was the owner/founder of Pilates of Eastlake in San Diego County for 15 years, and is the creator of BestBodyOnDemand.com.

    She’s the author of Your Beautiful Body: Using Pilates to Overcome Weight Loss Obstacles and co-author of What You Need to Know About Getting Into Shape. Her new book Get Your Best Body By Overcoming Weight Loss Obstacles was just published, and is now available on Amazon. She was the lead role in 3 Nationally-sold Fitness DVDs, was featured on Comcast Cable Television as an expert guest speaker, and interviewed on over 20 radio stations across the country. Currently Lariesa is the writer for the Health and Wellness column in the New Braunfels Monthly Magazine.

    Lariesa graduated from the University of Washington, holds her comprehensive Pilates certification with Balanced Body, Corrective Exercise Specialist with NASM, and holds multiple other certifications in the fitness industry.

    Pat Hernandez

    Pat was first introduced to the Pilates Method in 1996. During this time she became interested in deepening her knowledge of the mind-body connection. She is passionate about Pilates and her clients healthy well being by helping them improve their lives through Pilates.
    Pat holds a comprehensive certification in all Pilates equipment through Balanced Body.  Her specialty certifications are “Pilates for Scoliosis” through the Pilates Alliance of Australia,  “Pre and Post Rehab” through the National Pilates Certification Program,  Pre and Post Natal” through Basi Pilates Program and a Barre certified instructor through Balanced Body and Barre Above.
    “My mission in Pilates is to help my clients rebuild, restrengthen, rebalance and restore their bodies from the inside out.”

    Michelle Sergeeff

    Michelle has been a fitness instructor since 2011, and is loved for her vibrant personality and ability to make her students smile. She is a professional singer/dancer/actress, and enjoys performing in multiple cities. She loves to give a great workout but make it fun as well! Michelle has certifications in Comprehensive Pilates, Barre as well as Aqua and Zumba. She is also working on her Personal Training Certification. Michelle is so excited to start teaching for Pilates Barre of New Braunfels and can’t wait to have you in her class!

  • Crystal Lobacz

    Crystal Lobacz is a passionate and award-winning fitness professional with a dynamic background in personal training, group fitness, and specialized formats. She holds multiple certifications through FiTOUR—recognized by ACE, NASM, and AFAA—including: Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor (including Reformer), Barre Instructor, Cycle Instructor, and Aqua Instructor. She is also a licensed Zumba Dance Instructor and certified in PNF Stretching techniques.

    As the 2024 SCW Dallas MANIA® Fitness Idol Winner, Crystal brings unmatched energy, creativity, and expertise to every session. Her coaching style is rooted in motivation, empowerment, and precision. Known for her ability to uplift and connect with clients, she uses thoughtful cues and personalized techniques that help each person feel powerful, confident, and seen.

    Whether leading a high-energy class or guiding a one-on-one session, Crystal’s mission is simple: to help others move with purpose, feel their best, and build lasting confidence from the inside out.

  • Anja Laubhan

    Anja started her fitness journey as a yoga practitioner and eventually became a certified Yoga instructor where she continued the practice in multiple cites and states. Due to her frequent relocations, Anja became familiar with many different studios and styles which helped her to become an even better instructor. Despite her teaching experience and personal yoga practice, Anja always felt that there was something missing in her fitness routine. She was looking for exercise that would improve her core strength. That’s when she discovered Pilates! At the very moment she got on a reformer, she knew that Pilates was for her. This is the moment that changed her life forever, and led to her spending the next several years as a dedicated Pilates reformer student, and eventually led to her achieving a certification as a Pilates instructor through Balanced Body University, which is one of the most highly respected certifications in the industry. Anja credits Pilates for increasing her overall strength and opening up a mind-body connection that transformed her life. She is excited to share her passion with you!

  • Abby Deeb

    Abby grew up in Meridian, Mississippi and has a background in cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance. Abby then attended Coastal Alabama on a cheerleading scholarship earning her Associates of Science in Exercise Science. After graduating from Coastal Alabama, she transferred to the University of Mississippi where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. After completing her degree from Ole Miss, she moved to Mobile, AL where she became a personal training client and was introduced to weight training and quickly began to grow a passion for it. Abby then obtained her ISSA and NASM Personal Training Certification and has worked as a personal trainer since 2020. She also obtained her Flexologist Certification with applied stretch theory and practice through Stretch Lab. Abby’s continuing education has increased her knowledge in injury prevention, weight training, nutrition and Pilates! Abby is passionate about how the Pilates method combines all of her favorite fitness modalities into one complete package, and she is excited to share the benefits with her students to help them achieve their health and physique goals.

    When Abby is not at the gym she enjoys going to the beach with friends, shopping, and spending time with her dogs, Azula and Momo.

  • Justine Arenas

    Justine has enjoyed working in the Pilates and fitness industry since 2019. While increasing her knowledge and skills of health and well-being, she gained her comprehensive Pilates certification and has been working for the last several years with private clients, helping people of all levels and ages reach their goals. Justine has worked in different studios and settings, and has enjoyed helping people see a positive change in both their bodies and minds. Her clients have benefitted not just from getting stronger and improving their balance, but also gaining energy and the ability to live fuller lives. Justine's  passion for helping others has led her to teaching in a group setting where she can inspire her students and share the multitude of benefits that Pilates has to offer. Justine enjoys blending a strength-based approach to her pilates repertoire in intense but fun classes, where she teaches with care and has a great time with her clientele.
