Fit & Form

This is a great class to start with if you have never done Pilates before, or if you are looking for a more therapeutic class. Students with back pain, those who are recovering from injuries or who are pregnant or postpartum, or anyone looking for a gentle yet effective class will benefit greatly. This is an amazing way to sculpt your entire body with an emphasis on form and function. You will get a well-rounded Pilates reformer workout that includes exercises on the Reformer, Tower, and sometimes we incorporate props such as balls, bands, weights (or our Magic Circle!) Every class is different to add spice and keep your muscles challenged with variety. Strengthen, stretch, and improve mobility in all of the joints. You will see results fast, and you will leave feeling better!

Reformer Sculpt

Appropriate for all levels! (but if you have NEVER done reformer Pilates, we do suggest taking an Introductory Private or Fit & Form Class first.) This is an amazing way to sculpt your entire body! You will get a well-rounded Pilates reformer workout that includes exercises on the Reformer, Tower, and sometimes we incorporate props such as balls, bands, weights (or our Magic Circle!) Every class is different to add spice and keep your muscles challenged with variety. Strengthen, stretch, and improve mobility in all of the joints. You will see results fast! All levels are welcome, and appropriately challenged. Also safe for students who are pregnant or postpartum.

Barre+Reformer Sculpt

This class is the perfect combination of butt-kicking barre work and body-sculpting reformer work. You can expect about half of the class will be barre work, and the other half will be Reformer and Tower work. You will tone and sculpt from head to toe, get your heart rate up and have fun getting a great burn! Enjoy your ballet barre that is adjustable to your height and comfort. Every class is different to add spice and keep your muscles challenged with variety. Props such as resistance bands/ball/and or Magic Circles may also be incorporated for a workout combination that you will surely want to do again!

Cardio Tone & Sculpt

This is a fun and energetic class that utilizes the Reformer Jumpboard to create a cardio workout that also works the core. Half of the class will focus on full body sculpting, so you will end up with a full body workout! Appropriate for all levels (but if you have NEVER done reformer pilates, we do suggest taking an Introductory Private first, or Fit & Form Class.) This class includes exercises on the Reformer, Tower, Jumpboard, and sometimes we incorporate props such as balls, bands, weights (or our Magic Circle!) Every class is different to add spice and keep your muscles challenged with variety. You will see results fast! All levels are welcome, and appropriately challenged.

Private Session Descriptions


Introductory Private Session

For new students only. If you have never tried Pilates before, then starting with a private session is the perfect way to become oriented with the equipment and learn proper form. If you are pregnant or suffer from back pain, starting with a private can help you learn the proper modifications to make your classes even more enjoyable. Let us help you begin your Pilates journey!


Individual Private Session

Private sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. You will have the one-on-one attention of a highly experienced instructor, and the use of all of the apparatus. Your session will be designed to make the most of every minute. Whether you are recovering from an injury, seeking nutrition consulting, or just want to focus on your fitness, we will make sure your experience is top notch.

Duet Session (2- people)

A duet private (2-person) session or group private (3-12 people) session is an effective way to get all the benefits of a private session.

A duet is perfect if you’re interested in working out with a spouse or friend. You get a individualized custom-made program that addresses the needs of both people. You will have the one-on-one attention of a highly experienced instructor, and the use of all of the apparatus. Your session will be designed to make the most of every minute. Whether you are recovering from an injury, would like to focus on form or learn better form for your classes, or just want to focus on your fitness, we will make sure your experience is top notch.

Private Group Session (3-12 people)

A duet private (2-person) session or group private (3-12 people) session is an effective way to get all the benefits of a private session. A private group is a fun way to celebrate a special event, or enjoy a specialized class with your friends and family. You get to choose how you want your class! Do you prefer all barre? Or a little bit of everything? You got it. Let us make your gathering extra awesome!
